I bought credits but they did not arrive.
Open the app, go to Settings and tap the credit badge, then choose Restore purchases. If they still do not appear, email us with the store receipt.
Where are my notes stored?
Notes are saved on your device. When you sign in, notebooks and folders also sync to your account so you can find them on another device.
Which data is sent to AI services?
Only what you explicitly submit — a video transcript, note text, or the text recognized on your device from a photo you chose. Photo files themselves are never uploaded. Details are in the privacy policy.
